Case Study Analysis and Findings • Evaluate the theory of criminal behavior related to the selected case. • Analyze the biases and assumptions that influenced participants in the case process. • Address each of these participants: o Investigators o Prosecutors o Defense attorney(s) o Jurors o Judge • Analyze the role the psychological profile of the offender played in how the investigation was conducted and in any subsequent court proceedings. • Discuss the impact of this case on future actions and ideology of the criminal justice system relative to the psychological issues presented (or denied) in this case. • Must be seven double–spaced pages in length (not including title and references pages) and formatted according to APA style • Must include a separate title page with the following: o Title of paper o Student’s name o Course name and number o Instructor’s name o Date submitted • Must use at least eight reliable and scholarly sources in addition to the course texts. • Must document all sources in APA • Must include a separate references page that is formatted according to APA style
