I agree Daphne. I have the list of questions and I make a point to have it mostly memorized so I can introduce them naturally during the course of the interview (if they’re still relevant, that is).

And on the flip side, when I’m being interviewed I always have several important points or pieces of information that I want to share.

The most experienced interviewers always have a list of such questions, of course, but they NEVER look at it until the end of the interview (or a lull in the conversation.) A really great interview is just like a conversation! If you’re relying on notes, you’re going to be stopping the conversation in it’s tracks. Instead, LISTEN, and ask your next question based on what you hear.
